Dotify offers four subscription plans designed to fit the needs of freelancers, small agencies, and established agencies. Each plan includes a growing set of features to support you as your business grows.

Free Trial Period
Dotify offers a 14-day trial period of the Plus plan, completely free and with no credit card required. During the trial, you will have access to all Plus plan features, including:
- Client portal
- Custom SMTP
- Custom logo and footer in emails
- Custom email templates
- All advanced management features
At the end of the 14 days, if you do not upgrade to a paid plan, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan. No charges will be made.
Tip: take advantage of the trial period to test all advanced features, especially the client portal and email customization. This way you can make an informed decision about which plan best suits your needs.
Payments with Stripe
All payments on Dotify are securely managed through Stripe, one of the most reliable payment platforms in the world. Dotify never stores your credit card data on its servers.
Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Other methods supported by Stripe in your geographic area
Payment Method Management
To update, add, or remove a payment method, Dotify redirects you to the dedicated Stripe Portal. From there you can:
- View the current payment method
- Add a new card
- Remove expired or no longer valid cards
- View invoice history and download receipts
Upgrade and Downgrade
Plan Upgrade
When you perform an upgrade (switch to a higher plan):
- Select the desired new plan from the Subscription section.
- Dotify will show you a cost preview, including the pro-rata calculation for the remaining period of the current plan.
- Confirm the upgrade.
- The plan change is immediate: the new features will be available right after confirmation.
Plan Downgrade
When you perform a downgrade (switch to a lower plan):
- Select the desired plan.
- Dotify will show you a preview of what will change, including features that will no longer be available.
- The downgrade is scheduled: the plan change will take effect at the end of the current billing period, allowing you to use all the features of the current plan until expiration.

Note: before confirming an upgrade or downgrade, always check the cost preview. In the case of an upgrade, the charged amount will take into account the remaining credit from the previous plan. In the case of a downgrade, you will continue to have access to the higher plan’s features until the end of the already paid period.
Billing
The billing currency is the Euro (EUR). Invoices are automatically generated by Stripe at each renewal and are available in the Stripe Portal. You will also receive an email notification for each charge made.
