Every feature is included in every paid plan: custom SMTP, block-based email editor, logo and footer in emails, client portal, financial reports, payment history and multiple users with roles. The only difference between Essential, Plus and Ultimate is the number of clients: 15, 30, unlimited.
The Free plan stays at 5 clients with 3 deadlines each, with automatic reminders and the client portal; emails are sent from Dotify’s servers.
Going over your plan’s client limit loses nothing: archive the clients you no longer follow, or move up to the next plan.
Account status synchronisation with Brevo

The setup wizard saves your progress step by step: if you leave, you pick up where you left off
