Dotify is a service provided by Ennestudio di Nicolò Scapin, with registered office at Via Buonarroti 150, 35134 Padua, Italy (Owner). By using the Dotify platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Dotify is a web application designed to help users manage deadlines and renewals for their services, such as domains, hosting, and email accounts. The platform allows users to configure custom statuses for each deadline, send automated notifications to clients, and customize email content. The service offers different functionalities depending on the chosen plan, with specific limitations for each subscription level.

To use Dotify, users must complete the registration process by providing accurate and up-to-date information. No approval is required by the Owner: access is granted immediately after registration and acceptance of these Terms. Users must be at least 18 years old to register and access the platform’s services. Accounts are personal and cannot be transferred to third parties.

• Dotify offers free and paid subscription plans, available on a monthly or annual basis. Users agree that:
• Subscription prices may be subject to changes at any time at the Owner’s discretion.
• Discounts, promotions, and other benefits may be applied at any time without prior notice.
• Subscriptions renew automatically upon expiration, unless canceled by the user before the renewal date.
• No refunds are provided for early cancellations: users will have access to the service until the natural expiration of their subscription.
• Each plan has specific functionality limitations, detailed at the time of subscription.

Payments are processed through Stripe, which supports various integrated payment methods, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, PayPal, and Revolut. Dotify does not directly store credit card details or other payment information, which are managed by Stripe in compliance with applicable security standards.

• Users agree to use Dotify in compliance with applicable laws and assume full responsibility for their use of the service. Specifically, users must not:
  Use Dotify for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt to access other users’ data without authorization.
• Use the service to send spam or unauthorized promotional activities.
• Engage in activities that could compromise the security or stability of the platform.

Dotify reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service in case of violations of these Terms.

Users are solely responsible for the information entered into the platform and the management of their deadlines. Dotify does not guarantee the accuracy of notifications or the proper functioning of the service in case of user errors.

The Owner will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the improper use of the service, errors in the information provided by the user, or service interruptions beyond the Owner’s control.

Dotify processes users’ personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Collected data is used solely to provide the service and is not shared with third parties without explicit consent. Users are responsible for ensuring that their clients’ data entered into the platform is processed in accordance with privacy regulations.

Dotify is provided as is without explicit or implied guarantees of service continuity or error-free operation. The Owner is not responsible for:

• Direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the platform.
• Errors, omissions, or service interruptions due to external causes.

• Any other circumstances beyond the Owner’s control.

The Owner reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified by email or through a platform notification in case of substantial changes. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
